Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Baruch Ladies Fashion! We are committed to getting your favorite pieces to you as quickly and securely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for details on how we process and deliver your orders.

1. Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

• You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, complete with tracking information.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen method.

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3 to 7 business days.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number to monitor your package's journey. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to activate.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international shipments, customs fees, duties, and import taxes may apply once a shipment reaches your destination country. Baruch Ladies Fashion is not responsible for these charges and they are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, or if it has been lost in transit, please contact us immediately at Sales@baruchfashion.co.za with your order number and photos of the damage (if applicable) so we can assist you with a claim or replacement.
